Dr. Seema Rao spent 20 years of her prime life as an External CQB Trainer (not serving in any armed force) training 20,000 soldiers from Indian armed forces, paramilitary & police free of monetary compensation as selfless service to the Nation. In 2010 Dr. Seema Rao was made approved resource of Govt of India for modern Anti Terror -Close quarter battle training. Dr. Seema Rao is a 7th Deg blackbelt in Unarmed Combat, Dr. Seema Rao is a Krav Maga Instructor, Dr. Seema Rao is a Combat Shooting Instructor, Dr. Seema Rao is a Jungle Survival expert, Dr. Seema Rao is a SCUBA Instructor, Dr. Seema Rao is a IAF certified parachute jumper, Dr. Seema Rao is a Yachtsman, Dr. Seema Rao is a Firefighter & Dr. Seema Rao is a HMI Mountaineer medalist. Dr. Seema Rao has trained Police of 12 States/Cities and commandos from every elite force including NSG- Blackcats, IAF GARUDS, Indian Navy MARCOS, BSF, Commando Wing, ITBP Commando School, Army Para-commando, Ghataks & Special Forces. Dr. Seema Rao & Deepak invented Rao method of reflex shooting which was used by many Indian forces. The Rao couple ( Dr. Seema Rao & her hubby ) & Dr. Seema Rao were directed by Army Commanders Gen Deepak Kapoor & Gen VK Singh to help running innovative Close Quarter battle courses for Army Commands in Kashmir & Assam. Dr. Seema Rao authored worlds first Encyclopedia of Close Op trg & used life’s earnings in gifting 1000 copies to Home Ministry & Indian Army. Dr. Seema Rao authored COMMANDO MANUAL OF COMBAT gifted to Indian Forces.
